This is a shot list I had created to use on set to see which recordings we needed to do in order to get a brief outline on how I am going to edit the trailer and how it is going to fit together. I decided that I would make a shot list to show briefly the shots and how long they will be on for, alongside the dialogue and voice-overs. I decided I would put the voice-over in greenish-grey, female dialogue in pink, friends dialogue in blue, extra dialogue in orange and males dialogue in green so that it could also be used as a script when needed. The shot lists states how long each clip will be, the location of each shot, what type shot it is and whom will be in each shot.
